Everyone in their lifetime may be puzzled by three question. Who I am? Where am I from? Where am I going? Because of the stochastic charactor of the nature, the choices people made are much like drawed samples from all kinds of action distribution space. It is supprised that people have naturally learned how to make decision under such a uncertain world, though it is frustrated in teaching computer to do so.
The curiosity of discovering the intrinsic mechanics of how mind works and the world behaved always drive me in studing and researching in varirous of fields. I still remember when I was at the first year of gradute school, I took and listened almost 20 courses in one semester ranging from pure mathematics, physics, cosmology, economy to computer science. I also spent a lot of time on grahical model, though DL seems to be more prevailing from that time.
My bachelor major is studing control theory. Its founder, Norbert Wiener is a great American mathmaticion. His book titled "Cybernetics or Control and Communication in te Animal and the Machine" discusses feedback system which almost appears everywhere in the universe. Though feedback is not the only governing power of the nature, there are still many driving and underling forces(I believe in its existence so far, though still unclear about its nature) that kick off the ball. I studied complex network during my graduates. The worlds behaves in a fascinated way when one and another interacts with each other. Still the global property and phenomenon of tbe world such as flocking swarm can not tell much detail underneath.
Now my primary focus is studying and researching information geometry and application to DL and RL. I think the deep learning and cohomology should have something in commone which the relation between them is not clearly investigated yet. Besides I read some books on quantum mathematics. The book I were previously reading is "Geometry of Quantum States". Also I have been reading something on algebra and its relation with programming language. This seems interesting so far. These should be helpful to discover the nature of minds.
